Information We Collect:

Google User Data:
Mentors on the Mr. Mentor platform can optionally connect their Google Calendar. When they do, we request a single Google permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events, and use it only to create, update and cancel the calendar events (with Google Meet links) for sessions booked on our platform. We do not read, modify or delete any other events in your calendar.
- Data we access: the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues for your account, and the details of the session events our platform creates on your calendar (title, time, attendees and Meet link).
- How we use it: solely to schedule, reschedule and cancel the mentoring sessions you take part in on our platform.
- How we store and protect it: tokens are stored in our secured database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India, are accessible only to our backend service, and are deleted when you disconnect Google Calendar or delete your account.
With whom we share, transfer or disclose Google user data:
- Session participants: the student or attendee of a booked session receives the calendar invite (session title, time and Google Meet link) created on your calendar. Nothing else from your calendar is shared with them.
- Infrastructure provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our servers and database and processes the data only on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law, regulation or a valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We do not sell Google user data, do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any other third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models. Humans do not read this data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
My Analytics School's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Mr. Mentor settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data Security:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights:
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccuracies, or request the deletion of your data at any time.
